Increased
awareness, proper education and involvement of parents may lead to early
diagnosis and prevention of common oral conditions. Mouradian (2001)
suggested that oral examination at early child hood stage and education
about oral health conditions may result in identification of oral diseases
at an early stage. Realizing the importance of education regarding oral health our team has compiled list of resources that may help in raising awareness about common oral diseases and prevention strategies.
